About Laura

With roots all over the U.S. and Canada, Laura Fox has found herself transplanted to the Deep South of Georgia. There she lives with her husband C.J., who serves in the U.S. military, and her three children. She began writing to grieve the loss of her father to cancer, which occurred within weeks of the birth of her second child. This resulted in a series of blog essays she titled Bookends. From there, her love for the written word grew. She now turns to writing as a means to process the many nuances of the world around her. Although things are in a constant state of shifting, Laura’s desire is to consistently err on the side of extravagant grace, and find her footing on hope. In her spare time she dreams of a full night's sleep and uncluttered countertops.
